Description of the Opportunity

Applications are now open for the Caribbean Development Bank Future Leaders Network 2026. The Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) invites young leaders across its Borrowing Member Countries to apply for the Future Leaders Network (FLN), a flagship mechanism that strengthens youth participation in the Bank’s development agenda. The FLN offers a unique opportunity for diverse young men and women to contribute to CDB’s programmes, policies, and strategic priorities, reinforcing the Bank’s commitment to a more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable Caribbean.

The Network will comprise 19 youth leaders aged 18–35, selected for their demonstrated leadership and commitment to service. Members will serve as advocates for youth and sustainable development and as advisors on CDB’s programming and operations. They will bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas across areas such as social development, climate resilience, digitalisation, economic transformation, gender equality, and community empowerment.
